A maiden with brunette, long tresses
Looking over the mystical turquoise river
Flowing with a gushing, roaring sonance
Spotted by the passerby
Glimpsing heaven in their dark, hazel eyes
Assumptions, they are exasperating.
A maiden by the lake, though heavenly,
Isn’t a damsel in distress,
For once she turned away from the tranquil river,
She hadn’t that delicate, helpless physiognomy
Her fiery, sapphire eyes brighter than the resting blue skies
Dauntless, resoluteness, a mere haven one can grasp
From just a glance
At those divine, cherubic yet unswervable eyes.
