Don’t you sometimes wish you could ‘take a mental picture of It all *click*’ ? Like an extremely happy or valuable moment in your life you know you’re going to miss. I mean haven’t you ever had any unbelievably joyful minutes that you wish you could replay again and again and again.

Memories are beautiful, nostalgic but wonderful. Memories good or bad always teach us something, to learn from the past. It clings to you begging you to recall just so that you could absorb all those emotions all over again. Memories are tied with emotions or feelings like the moments when you used to hold your mother’s and father's hands while skipping around on the wet green grass playfully, or the nausea of the first time you were on a swing but you liked it, or the birthday all your friends stood around you waiting for the candles to blow out, but they wouldn’t, so they would help you, or the first time you tried broccoli and spit it out coughing immediately, utterly repulsed by it, or the first trip you have ever been to when you stared outside to see a place so different from your home and met people so different than the ones around you, or even the time when you failed your exam but everyone consoled you and told you it would be alright and you decided to try harder next time.

Don’t you wish you could go back to the past and relive it all just for the sake of it? You take pictures to preserve the memories, looking at them now, you smile, remembering how unbelievably immature you were. You think of what you would tell yourself if you could talk to her/him.

Maybe sometimes you would want to go back, back to your childhood to get away, far away from all your worries and your stress. Or maybe because you want to relive your happiness to stay content, or to do it all again but this time you wouldn’t make any mistakes.

Well, I was just wondering what anyone wouldn’t give to relive any of their memories…….
